We are looking for a Business Recruiter to join our might y recruitment team. Reporting to our Business Recruiting Manager, youāll bring your recruiter toolkit equipped with creatively sourcing strategies, network, knowledge of the recruiting landscape, and superb relationship development skills. You'll be equally obsessed with candidate experience and hiring manager happiness. Most importantly, you love working with candidates of all backgrounds and teams and are excited about developing your recruitment career within a high growth startup like Sure.
What youāll do:
- You'll handle full cycle recruitment across all non-engineering departments including sales, customer success, and other business roles.
- You'll conduct candidate calls, assess company fit and basic skill level, gather essential candidate data, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and extend offers.Ā
- You'll manage a smooth and speedy candidate process with a commitment to clear communication and feedback to the candidate.Ā
- You'll ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
- You're responsible for sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networking, internet postings, university relations, etc.
- You'll help make us better! The opportunity to make change, process improve, and implement your ideas is encouraged!
What weāre looking for:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or customer support
- Experience with Lever a plus!
- A passion for creating the best candidate experience possibleĀ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation for cold calling, social media, networking, and seeking referrals to bring in top talent
- Team-oriented, collaborative nature: We're a small, fast-growing team, and everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices, and take on team projects to make the entire organization better
