Team:
Our People team is responsible for supporting Relativity’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for Relativity’s company values and culture. In addition to recruiting, you will also support employer brand efforts, as well as networking events, career fairs and more.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow an exciting career in recruiting! You will help us achieve our mission by partnering closely with hiring managers and managing the whole recruiting process. As an Associate Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to own roles from beginning to end, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to closing. You will get to know the teams you support and their projects—helping you source, interview, negotiate offers, and close the right people. You will provide an excellent candidate experience consistent with our values, as well as champion diversity, equity and inclusion.
You will assist in various interview training, process optimization, and the implementation of new tools. You will gain exposure to a variety of positions, from Vehicle, Additive, Factory and G&A, gain mentorship and have the opportunity to grow at a company quickly scaling.
Participation in networking events, career fairs, and some travel to our test site (Stennis, MS) or launch site (Cape Canaveral, FL) may also be required.
What you need:
- 1+ years in Talent/HR/sales related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite.
Nice to haves but not required:
- 3+ years in Talent/HR related role
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborative, self-starter, adaptable and thrives in ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Enjoy developing strong relationships and networking
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Sourcing experience
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
