Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and employee records
• Assist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication, ATS updates)
• Help maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries
• Assist with HR documentation, policies, and internal communications
• Coordinate training sessions, team events, and employee engagement activities
• Support immigration and compliance documentation as needed
• Assist with audit preparation and HR reporting
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Interest in HR operations and employee engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Salary Range: $35-$45 / hour
