What you will be doing?

You’ll learn the basics of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, from sourcing to closing offers. You’ll be able to participate in sourcing and recruiting projects with our talent acquisition partners to learn more about the business.

  • Schedule the phone screening and onsite/virtual interviews as needed.
  • Screen inbound resumes and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
  • Help recruiting partners to build a pipeline of engineering talent to meet business needs and priorities.
  • Partner with recruiters for job description analysis and understand the requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates by using multiple recruiting channels.
  • Other Responsibilities Assist in human resource operations activities.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing master’s degree in human resource or equivalent major
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment - even remotely.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $18 - $20 Hourly

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on many factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
