At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
What This Role Is AboutAdapty powers subscriptions for thousands of mobile apps, and our clients don't come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own a portfolio of 30-40 apps and act as their growth partner: understanding their funnel from ad click to purchase, finding where money leaks out, and bringing them concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing, and A/B tests. You will be a sparring partner who knows subscription monetization as well as our clients do.
This isn't a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption, and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, which means you'll spend your time in analytics dashboards and in strategic conversations, and you'll be comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one.
What You'll Be DoingOwn a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You'll be the main point of contact and the person accountable for their retention, health, and growth.
Onboard new clients. After handoff from Sales, guide them through integration, help them build their first funnel and paywall, and get their campaigns live.
Close product adoption gaps. Audit how each client actually uses Adapty, spot underused features, and drive them to full adoption. Identify at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
Drive account growth. Run paywall and UA analyses, and come to clients with concrete A/B test recommendations that move their subscription revenue, not generic check-ins.
Unlock and close cross-sells. Identify expansion potential across the product line and own those deals through to closed-won.
Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team, and follow up so critical issues actually ship.
Know the product inside and out. You'll be expected to answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without escalating everything.
Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions. You've worked with subscription monetization directly, not just adjacent to it.
Full-cycle mobile growth background. Ideally you've owned traffic acquisition through to purchase: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Comfortable with sales. You're not afraid to open a commercial conversation, ask for the expansion, and close it.
Sharp mind and strong communication. You can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or a growth lead and be taken seriously.
Independent and proactive. We don't micromanage — you own your accounts and your numbers.
