We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Operations Manager to improve the efficiency of Rula’s go-to-market strategy for partnerships-driven demand. You’ll focus on building operations for a hypergrowth sales team and play an integral role in scaling our Growth Operations function. In this role, you’ll identify insights to improve our sales motion, maintain our CRM architecture, and build processes to scale our business. You’ll work closely with sales leaders to set goals and then take ownership of their implementation, execution, and measurement.

1 in 5 people suffer from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% get help. We need someone with the skills and interest to bring clarity to chaos, balance execution with senior stakeholder management, and enable our customer-facing teams to empower more people with access to high-quality, affordable mental healthcare. You will join a fast-growing business in its early stages, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related professional experience. 3+ years of experience in a revenue or analytics function working on forecasting, growth planning, and / or performance metrics

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)

  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce; including its configuration, report builder tools, customization, and optimization.

  • Ability to manage projects, including the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring timely completion and proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience creating non-standard processes from ambiguous requirements and independently creating best practices without an existing playbook

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience building / launching a new sales channel or customer vertical

  • Experience building dynamic healthcare utilization forecasting models

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • 2+ years at a hypergrowth startup

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in mental health or telehealth services

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment (US-based only): Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments

  • Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States

  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA

  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future

  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)

  • Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for your mental and physical health

  • New hire home office stipend: Set up your workspace for success

  • Quarterly department stipend: Fund team-building activities or in-person gatherings

  • Wellness events and lunch & learns: Explore a variety of engaging topics

  • Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging for all

Our team

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone.  We are dedicated to having a culture of inclusion that will support our employees in feeling safe, seen, heard, and valued.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
