About the Role

At Rula, our Financial Operations team plays a key role in making sure providers can focus on care while we keep the business running smoothly. As our Insights Manager, you’ll turn data into insights that shape how we grow - from helping us understand provider enrollment trends to uncovering opportunities in billing and collections. You’ll sit at the center of Finance and Operations, working closely with leaders across the company to answer important questions and build tools that make everyone’s work easier. If you enjoy building clarity out of complexity and want your work to directly influence how thousands of patients get connected to care, this role will be especially rewarding.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a dedicated analytics role w/ end to end ownership of analytic outputs & insights

  • Expert level in Google Sheets or Excel with advanced skills in data cleaning, merging, analysis, and modeling across multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, Redshift, EHR)

  • Expert level SQL including interacting with data warehouses (Fivetran / Redshift / BigQuery)

  • Experience creating data visualization and modeling with heightened analytical rigor

  • Experience with at least one BI tool (Looker / Tableau / PowerBI)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programming languages (Python, R) for data analysis and automation

  • Experience building scalable processes and leveraging enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce) to improve efficiency

  • Advanced data visualization and data storytelling

  • Experience collaborating in an IDE with SQL & Python workflows

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement automation to reduce manual reporting or operational effort

  • Familiarity with financial or payments datasets (e.g., billing, collections, accounts receivable)

Compensation Range: $136.2K - $152.2K
