Enterprise security buyers and developers now find, evaluate, and choose software across paid, organic, and AI-powered channels, and the teams that win are the ones that can test, learn, and adapt fastest. ReversingLabs is scaling its digital marketing and demand generation programs, and we’re building a modern, AI-enabled growth marketing engine to do it. This role sits right at the center of that effort.
Is This You?You’re a builder and problem-solver who enjoys turning marketing ideas into measurable results. You’re as comfortable launching a paid campaign, building a nurture sequence, or updating a landing page as you are digging into the data to see what’s working, and you see AI as a way to transform how marketing gets done, not just a shortcut for writing copy.
You’ll help attract, engage, and convert the enterprise cybersecurity buyers and developers who fuel ReversingLabs’ pipeline, while finding smarter, faster ways for the whole team to execute.

What You’ll Own- Paid media & digital campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms in support of demand generation, product launches, content promotion, webinars, events, partner marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You’ll own audience research, keywords, targeting, ad copy, landing page alignment, budget pacing, and A/B testing across creative, messaging, audiences, bidding, and conversion paths.
- Demand generation & email: Build, deploy, and optimize multichannel programs and email campaigns, including newsletters, content promotion, event invitations, lead nurture, lifecycle, and re-engagement workflows, for enterprise security buyers, technical practitioners, and developers. You’ll test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs, and support product-led growth (PLG) programs that drive community adoption, product registrations, and user engagement.
- Landing pages & conversion optimization: Build and maintain campaign landing pages and lightweight website updates in our CMS, using basic HTML and CSS where needed. Run conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on headlines, messaging, forms, and layouts, document hypotheses and results, and make sure every page is mobile-responsive, properly tracked, and aligned with campaign goals.
- SEO, GEO & discoverability: Apply SEO fundamentals to campaigns, landing pages, and web content, and contribute to generative engine optimization (GEO) so ReversingLabs shows up in both traditional search and AI-generated answers. Use Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and GA4 to spot search trends, content opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Analytics, reporting & experimentation: Track and report performance across paid media, email, web, and demand generation programs, including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution. Maintain and automate dashboards, support UTM tracking, attribution, and conversion event setup, and turn data into prioritized recommendations judged on lead quality and pipeline, not just volume.
- AI-enabled workflows & automation: Use generative AI, AI agents, and no-code automation to speed up research, copy and creative iteration, audience analysis, reporting, data preparation, and campaign QA. Build reusable prompts and workflows, validate AI output for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with our data security and privacy requirements, and measure the gains in speed, quality, and performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, web development, and SDR teams to deliver integrated campaigns, resolve tracking issues, and support effective lead routing, qualification, and follow-up.
- Scaling what works: Document successful AI workflows and automations, share best practices with teammates, and help drive AI adoption across the marketing organization.

- Reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable, and your insights lead to meaningful tests and recommendations tied to business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
- AI-enabled workflows and automations deliver measurable productivity and quality gains, reduce repetitive work, and are documented so others can reuse them.

- Strong organization and attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, and excellent written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- AI-Forward Mindset: You embrace AI and emerging technologies as part of how you work, using them to improve efficiency, solve problems, and deliver better results. You’re curious, open to new ways of working, and willing to experiment, learn, and help others adopt tools and approaches that make us more effective.
