We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s passionate about connecting the dots between marketing strategy, sales alignment, and customer value in the construction tech space. What You’ll Be DoingAs the Marketing Manager, you will be primarily focused on Growth marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and Demand Generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing highly targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and pipeline growth within Planera’s most strategic accounts. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success, and the Marketing team to build custom programs that resonate with our ideal customer profiles — from project managers and superintendents to executives.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that spans campaign development, content personalization, field events, social media, and sales enablement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution:
Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns including email, personalized content, field events, social media, and digital ads designed to influence buying committees within target accounts.Strategic ABM Planning:
Build and execute tailored marketing programs that align with account-level sales objectives and Planera’s revenue goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with RSMs and CS leaders to identify priority accounts, gather insights, and define success metrics across the full customer lifecycle.Data-Driven Optimization:
Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to measure campaign performance, iterate strategies, and report on ROI.AI-Driven Personalization:
Leverage the latest AI tools and insights to scale personalization across target accounts, accelerating segmentation, content development, and intent-driven engagement strategies.Industry-Relevant Messaging:
Craft compelling, account-specific content that speaks directly to the unique challenges of construction professionals in areas like scheduling, labor planning, and field execution.Event Activation:
Collaborate on conferences, regional field events, and executive roundtables targeted at key decision-makers within our top accounts.Stakeholder Engagement:
Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders at key accounts.Trend Analysis & Market Intelligence:
Stay attuned to construction tech trends, major GC shifts, and competitor activities to inform marketing efforts.
5 years in B2B marketing with 2+ years focused on growth marketing, ABM and/or Demand Generation, ideally in high-growth SaaS or vertical-specific industries like construction tech.
Proven ability to design and scale personalized marketing programs that drive revenue impact.
Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and the dynamics of cross-functional GTM teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and AI/ABM platforms.
Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical value props into compelling narratives.
Creative, scrappy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup culture.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Bonus: Experience marketing to construction professionals or working with GTM teams targeting ENR Top 400 GCs.
