Overview

We are on a mission to revolutionize the cloud infrastructure backup industry for enterprise customers. Led by a team of successful serial entrepreneurs and ex-Amazon senior leaders, we secured $500 million in funding from prominent VCs like Sequoia, Lightspeed, Greenoaks, BOND, and Elad Gil, and we’re gearing up for an exciting journey and rapid growth.

We’re looking for a smart, forward-thinking Growth Marketing Manager who brings a data-driven mindset and deep technical curiosity to the table (and gets &$@# done!). If you’re excited about architecting a modern digital growth engine and leveraging AI to scale a B2B SaaS leader, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Help architect the Growth Engine: Execute and manage a modern digital growth engine spanning paid search, paid social, display, automated outbound, and organic channels to drive enterprise lead generation and pipeline.
  • Own the Full Funnel: Lead end-to-end campaign execution—from ad creation and landing page optimization to conversion testing and budget management—to maximize ROAS.
  • Drive Continuous Experimentation: Develop a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap (A/B, multivariate, and AI-assisted) to improve CPOpportunity and scale evergreen programs.
  • Leverage AI Innovation: Evaluate and deploy emerging AI tools to streamline media buying, creative generation, and UX personalization.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Maintain a living dashboard of KPIs (MQLs, SAOs, Revenue) and produce weekly actionable insights on performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Design, Content, Ops, and Sales to ensure message-to-market fit and friction-free lead hand-offs.
  • Support Strategy & Budget: Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to forecast spend scenarios and model growth potential while maintaining efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience owning multi-channel digital acquisition programs at a B2B SaaS or digital-first enterprise.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling SEM, SEO, and paid social programs that materially increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep platform proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and CMS/AB testing tools.
  • AI-Forward: Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML-powered tools for media management, creative iteration, or CRO.
  • Data-Driven: Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and comfort translating large datasets into plain-English recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Funnel Expert: Strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics (MQL→SAO→SQO) and attribution modeling.
  • Startup Ready: A proactive communicator who stays curious, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a passionate and innovative team driving change in the cloud backup space.
  • Opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
