We're on the hunt for a Growth Manager to join an industry-leading Performance Agency on a growth fast-track. They have a headcount of 300+ and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling 120K+ sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly, founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive. The job is based in LA; and we’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of direct experience in media buying focused on social (META, TikTok)
- Has proven success with large spend accounts ($500k+)
- Can client-face with key senior stakeholders and be an uncompromisingly clear, charismatic communicator
- Loves data, fast paced environments, creative problem solving and the satisfaction we get from getting things done well
