As the Senior Product Manager for Domains Growth, you will lead the effort to build several core capabilities for Squarespace Domains including the domains search and checkout experience, core onboarding, and cross-platform engagement for domains-first users. You will collaborate closely with the Growth & Commercial teams to prioritize work with the largest impact on business growth.

As a senior-level individual contributor, you will report directly to the Senior Group Product Manager and work from our NYC headquarters (hybrid 2-3 days per week).

You'll Get To...

  • Drive the Domains growth product roadmap, surfacing growth opportunities and solving for cross-organizational dependencies.
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Managers, Design and Engineering teams to define specifications, execute development plans, and maintain release schedules.
  • Develop and lead product strategies that deepen customer engagement, foster innovation, and seamlessly integrate Domains with Squarespace's broader product ecosystem.
  • Deepen customer insights through research, data analysis, interviews, and usability testing to inform prioritization of product enhancements and strategic direction,
  • Set clear, measurable OKRs in partnership with engineering and design leads, contributing to overarching team and group objectives.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Operations, and Partnerships teams to refine go-to-market strategies, enhance pricing and packaging models, and optimize product positioning, supported by robust metrics demonstrating business impact and ROI.

Who We're Looking For

  • 6-10 years of product management experience or equivalent; ideally with experience in consumer-facing software products
  • Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrated experience with acquisition costs, LTV, and growth funnel metrics
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and cross functional or matrixed delivery teams
  • Track record of building products that are measurably: loved by customers, fulfill their needs, and impact the top line
  • Strong demonstrable skills in storytelling and communication, leadership and influence, strategy and vision setting, and creative and analytical thinking
  • UX focused with a passion for high quality, sensible design

Cash Compensation Range: $140,500 - $247,250 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
