The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marketing materials, ensuring high-quality deliverables while collaborating with the team and managing timelines.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual assets that effectively highlight properties, elevate the agent team engage our target audience. From developing eye-catching print materials to crafting compelling digital graphics, they will contribute to all facets of our marketing efforts. Must be detail-oriented and laser-focused on delivering best-in-class materials and results to brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials – informational marketing brochures, flyers, postcards, general marketing letters, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Assist in the actual utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations, create floor plans and site plans.
- Proofing and editing of marketing packages for superior quality.
- 10-15 percent of time may entail research.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources, must be very articulate.
- Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices including social media and corporate branding
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
- Must be a team player.
- 3+ years graphic design and marketing experienc
