Responsibilities:

  • Designs a variety of marketing projects including print, digital, web, signage and graphic packages for internal and external use in collaboration with team
  • Organizes the layout and formatting of materials, including typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements
  • May assist in developing concepts for marketing projects
  • Ensures that all creative deliverables uphold expected quality standards
  • Estimates timelines and meets deadlines on assigned projects
  • Manages and maintains digital and graphic files, including photos, logos and art in standard formats and filing structure; distributing as requested
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing Communications team
  • Contributes to a team environment that promotes continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Assists in the development of creative ideas for marketing and team initiatives
  • Stays current on trends and developments in digital and print design
  • Seeks leadership opportunities by providing direction and feedback to team members and collaborating with team leaders
  • May develop respective print and digital materials for proactively developing new business as needed
  • May prepare materials for business development introductions, relationship building and proposals
  • May create and maintain documents and graphics for ease of inclusion into pursuit documents, saving time and money on pursuit preparation, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related degree
  • Typically with 5+ years of experience in advertising/design agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketchup graphic software
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Knowledge of and interest in architecture/interior design
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in graphically designed page layouts
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers; ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate, manage, prioritize, and perform on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and apply innovative solutions
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality

Base Salary Range: $55k - $77k annually – applies to Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, and Washington D.C.
