Everlane is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will help bring the Everlane brand to life across digital, retail, and marketing channels while maintaining a consistent, elevated visual identity.


Your day-to-day:

  • Design and produce creative assets across email, website, paid social, digital marketing, packaging, and retail channels.
  • Partner with the Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to develop and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Translate creative concepts into polished, customer-facing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist in concept development, mood boards, presentations, and campaign planning.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for digital and print applications.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Everlane's visual identity through thoughtful design and creative problem-solving.
  • Stay current on design trends, fashion, culture, and emerging creative technologies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and art direction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience designing for email, web, social media, and performance marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

The Fine Print:

LA: This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District. We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.

California Residents:  At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $67,000 - $95,000. This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
