- The Product Marketing Director for the U.S. market will play a crucial role in positioning and promoting the Volpara/Lunit product suite by aligning with market needs, ensuring successful product launches, driving demand, and equipping sales teams with the right messaging and strategies to achieve business goals. This role serves as the critical bridge between product development and the market.
- Success in this role means that Lunit CSG and Volpara products will have effective go-to-market strategies, compelling and clear messaging, alignment with customer needs, and strong sales enablement resources that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Specifically, the Product Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the product marketing strategy and execution in the U.S. market. This position is tailored to ensure that Lunit and Volpara’s solutions resonate with U.S. radiologists, healthcare professionals, clinicians, and key stakeholders while driving product adoption and growth. In addition, this role may take on leadership responsibilities within the product marketing team, ensuring alignment with key regional strategies and global market goals.

- Market Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the U.S. healthcare market
- Lead go-to-market strategies for Lunit CSG/Volpara products in the U.S., ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Develop ROI models for new product launches and feature updates to assist with pricing decisions, business case development, and value propositions
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure the U.S. market is prioritized in key product initiatives and launches
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and product opportunities within the U.S. healthcare sector
- Analyze market data, customer behavior, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
- Create Compelling Messaging and Positioning
- Craft clear and compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to the U.S. market
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with product development, ensuring that new features are effectively evangelized both internally and externally
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that showcase the strength of our product in key target markets
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the product marketing team, ensuring the alignment of the team’s efforts with global and U.S. market goals
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to drive consistency and effectiveness in product positioning, messaging, and overall execution
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and driving results
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and regional teams to ensure our product marketing initiatives are driving lead generation and customer acquisition in the U.S. market
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients
- Act as a key advisor to product managers to ensure smooth handover of product information and readiness for sales teams (“ready-to-sell”)
- Market Leadership and Thought Leadership
- Provide communication for product improvements, issues, and changes to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
- Support the sales team by creating compelling sales enablement tools, such as product briefs, presentations, and training materials
- Sales Enablement Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that they have sound product knowledge and the necessary resources for effective selling
- Review and refine training, onboarding, and support content to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with product positioning
🎯 Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3+ years focused on the U.S. healthcare market, ideally within AI, radiology, medical imaging(breast imaging), medical technology, or software
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in the U.S. healthcare industry, particularly those related to medical imaging, AI, or diagnostics
- Experience leading and managing a high-performing product marketing team
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare/radiology ecosystem, including key market drivers, trends, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results through collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with an ability to execute quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product marketing efforts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly product, sales, and leadership
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
- Access to high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Access to a quiet, designated home office space free from distractions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

🤝 Work Conditions and Environment

- $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and paid time off. Lunit USA offers paid family leave benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. The compensation range and benefits for this role are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, geographic location, education, and work experience. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
