Position Overview:
The General Manager, U.S. Operations, will lead the establishment and growth of our U.S. team, focusing on local marketing, technical support, and business development.
Team Size: Less than 20 people, including 1 Marketing Partnership
Key Responsibilities:
Team Building and Office Setup:
- Establish the U.S. team from the ground up, including office location selection, setup, and recruitment.
- Develop and implement management systems and processes.
Local Market Activities:
- Plan and execute local market activities such as trade shows, user meetups, KOL meetings, and media events.
- Establish and maintain offline product display points, including opening the company’s U.S. office to interested customers for product experience.
Customer Support:
- Provide user training and high-priority customer support locally, while most customer service tasks are handled by the team in Shenzhen.
Business Development:
- Develop offline channel partnerships, and expand into retail and educational channels.
- Collect market and user feedback through various channels to continuously improve our products and services.
Brand Localization:
- Lead the team to enhance the localization of our brands in the U.S. market.
- Act as a bridge between the U.S. and China teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Experienced in general management/sales&markting/operation in premium hardware or electronic consumer goods industry, prefer with 8~15 years related works experiences.

- Highly self-motivated with strong capability in team building and business development.
- Passionate about our products and aligned with the company’s values.
Growth Mindset:
- Pragmatic and willing to roll up sleeves and work hands-on as needed.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Market Understanding:
- Deep understanding of the U.S. small business and DIY enthusiast communities.
- Experience in expanding and managing local teams and developing market strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive base salary with a potential increase of 20-50%, negotiable based on experience and performance.
- Incentives: Includes commission, bonus, equity, and other benefits such as vacation and health insurance.
