As a GTM Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will drive our strategic GTM (Go-To-Market) pilot initiatives and chair our Pilot Committee. This pivotal role will shape how we test, validate, and scale new go-to-market strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills who thrives in ambiguous environments and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional leadership to transform innovative concepts into measurable business results.


About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Pilot Program Leadership
    • Own and operate the GTM Pilot Committee, establishing foundational governance structures, evaluation frameworks, and success metrics
    • Drive the full lifecycle of strategic projects from concept evaluation to implementation planning and execution
    • Develop standardized methodologies for pilot design, ensuring statistical validity and meaningful outcomes
    • Create scalable processes for transitioning successful projects to full implementation
  • Strategic Operations
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leadership to identify high-potential strategic initiatives
    • Translate business challenges into structured pilot opportunities with clear hypotheses and success criteria
    • Analyze pilot results and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
    • Design the operational infrastructure needed to support successful pilot scaling
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Facilitate complex decision-making and coordinate efforts among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities to ensure successful pilot initiatives
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to gain buy-in and secure resources for pilot initiatives
    • Effectively communicate pilot progress, challenges, and outcomes to all levels of the organization
    • Coach, influence, and mentor teams participating in pilot programs to ensure consistent execution
  • Data & Analytics
    • Establish rigorous measurement frameworks to evaluate pilot performance and ROI
    • Partner with data teams to ensure appropriate instrumentation of pilot activities
    • Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives that drive organizational action
    • Develop dashboards and reporting cadences to maintain visibility into pilot performance

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 3+ years experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or similar roles with proven track record of driving complex GTM initiatives in a high-growth environment 
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience building presentations and delivering them to executive audiences
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience designing and implementing pilot programs or experimental business initiatives
  • Knowledge of statistical methods for business experimentation and A/B testing
  • Prior experience in SaaS or relatable technology industries

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

$84,000$134,000 USD
