SUPPORT PROCESS FOR OUR INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
As a Salesforce Analyst within the Global Business Systems team, you will support the Salesforce platform and contribute to the improvement of business processes. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to address operational challenges within our growing organization. You'll assist in maintaining data integrity, supporting user requests, and helping to enhance system productivity.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Analyst in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading conversations with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and propose realistic solutions.
- Experience writing user stories, managing Jira tickets, and participating in backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and scoping loosely defined problems into structured requirements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, object modeling, user permissions, and system configuration.
- Bonus: Experience with tools in our stack (e.g., Marketo, Gainsight, NetSuite,DealHub,Salesforce).
- A self-starter mindset—you're always looking for ways to improve processes and don’t wait to be told what to do.
HOW YOU'LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
- You’ll gain an understanding of the Sisense product and our internal operations processes.
- You’ll familiarize yourself with the basics of our Salesforce setup.
- You’ll learn about the sales process and key roles within the customer lifecycle.
- You’ll become acquainted with the tech stack.
By Day 60...
- You’ll be introduced to our current processes and tools.
- You’ll assist the team with day-to-day Salesforce support.
- You’ll contribute to maintaining team documentation.
- You’ll help with basic Salesforce requests and tasks.
By Day 90…
- You’ll assist in identifying and suggesting process improvements for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- You’ll support communication with stakeholders regarding Salesforce updates and changes.
- You’ll participate in discussions about improving day-to-day operations.
- You’ll help monitor basic application usage and provide initial support to users.
- You’ll assist with other related operational tasks as needed.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $70,000-$90,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
