Technical Product Manager - Generative AI Initiatives - Legal Direct
Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager with a strong foundation in building commercial web apps and experience working with large language models (LLMs) and other Generative AI frameworks. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, creativity, and the ability to foster team collaboration. In this role, you can expect to focus on two complementary areas: building voice AI agents that create outstanding experiences for legal clients, and tools that automate tedious and time consuming tasks associated with managing legal cases. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to translate ideas and research into proposals and requirements for  AI-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Facilitate the configuration, implementation, and evaluation of prototypes, effectively leveraging existing AI frameworks and tools. 
  • Conduct data analysis to support feature development, evaluation, and product optimization. 
  • Work closely with the development teams to prioritize the product backlog and iteratively improve the products.
  • Stay informed of advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to improve product offerings and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think methodically and diagram complex operational workflows.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and proficiency in using spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability in prompt engineering, including crafting effective prompts for AI models to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about AI, and a keen interest in exploring new technologies and methodologies to drive product innovation.
