Do you want to help build the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) commercial, operations and systems infrastructure for a category-leading health tech business?
TigerConnect is currently seeking a VP, Revenue Operations who will lead us through the next phase of growth by leading the performance, strategy, alignment and execution of revenue operations and sales enablement. You will partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership across sales, marketing and customer success along with finance leadership to drive end-to-end commercial process optimization and reporting strategy, revenue stack strategy and management, sales and customer success process optimization, and lead key strategic and operational initiatives to optimize the end-to-end customer life cycle in order to maximize the company’s revenue potential.
This high-impact operational leadership role that will help define the vision for how we grow. Successful candidates will have deep expertise in revenue operations in a fast-growing SaaS company, demonstrated leadership in building high performing, collaborative teams and passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
How You’ll Contribute to TigerConnect Success:
- Analyze the performance of the company’s commercial organizations across the customer life cycle to identify gaps and implement best practices. Use this analysis to inform senior leadership of emerging trends and drive commercial excellence and enablement
- Partner with sales, marketing and customer success leadership to continuously refine and improve the revenue forecast and own the accuracy of the pipeline and forecast
- Develop key metrics that provide insights into commercial planning, process, and effectiveness of our GTM efforts
- Create, maintain and drive adoption of a full customer life cycle KPI dashboard
- Collaborating with sales, customer success and product marketing, develop and oversee programs that promote the right sales methodology to support the effective onboarding and ongoing training of the sales and customer success teams
- Coach and collaborate with sales leaders through the rollout and subsequent measurement of new programs and initiatives
- Manage the quota and territory assignment processes to maximize sales productivity
- Working with People, Finance and Sales leadership develop sales incentive compensation programs that reinforce company objectives
- Drive planning activities to align with GTM Leaders strategic priorities
- Support and execute on company go-to-market strategy and the introduction of new solutions and services
- Owns internal sales process and proactively looks for opportunities for improvement
- Manage and optimize company’s deal desk and RFP proposal process to optimize deal structure, maximize sales person time and align relevant cross functional teams while improving quote-to-contract efficiencies
- Drive talent development inside his/her team
- Promote a data driven metric focused culture in our sales team
- Own the integration of the entire GTM technology stack and implementation of subsequent technologies, ensuring it meets the rapid growth of the business and furthers our revenue attainment objectives
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of work experience in revenue operations, sales operations or strategic sales roles in a high growth SaaS environment
- 4+ years of experience leading a ops team and recognized leadership skills to build and develop a highly performance team
- Expertise in revenue stack management and integration including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Bizible, reporting tools and associated sales and marketing tools
- Demonstrated fluency with SaaS reporting and KPIs and end-to-end revenue management best practices in SaaS operating model
- Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making. Ability to simplify
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and cross-functional team leadership
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Advanced degrees in Business or Analytics preferred
