FabFitFun is seeking a Senior Operations Financial Analyst to support our growing Operations department and to ensure that available financial data is being used to guide decision making, business improvements and KPI tracking. This position would report to the Director of Operations and have dotted line reporting to the Director of Finance.

What you’ll do:

• Calculate and track KPIs for Operational Departments and operationally related areas such as, but not limited to Customer Service
• Calculate Fulfillment financial indicators such as cost per touch, cost per box, etc.
• Aggregate line productivity data into a useable and trackable format
• Perform general cost analysis for shipping and reconciling estimated and actual landed costs
• Manage monthly review and analysis of shipping invoices to ensure accuracy
• Track labor cost with specific focus on temporary labor spend and productivity against spend
• Calculate, track and analyze vendor error costs and penalties
• Determine customer service KPIs, productivity measurables and trending reports

What you’ll bring:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or strategic planning preferably with Warehouse, Fulfillment Center or Manufacturing industry knowledge. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required 
• Experience building and managing dynamic, bottoms-up financial models
• Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members
