Senior Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who, through your analysis and insights, will play a critical role helping company leadership with decision-making. You are tasked with providing analysis, insight, reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders including the CEO, COO, President, as well as leadership in Sales, Customer Success, Customer Enablement and Product. You will work both independently and on small project teams.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with Finance organization and our business partners/internal customers to develop Company’s Annual Operating Plan and quarterly re-forecast process, including:
- Collaborating with company leadership to forecast ARR, subscription revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and KPIs
- Present insights to company leadership about trends, issues, and opportunities
- Owning refining and optimizing the financial model that supports the analysis and forecasting
- Appling business judgment and financial insights to help Company leadership with decision making
- Support CEO, COO, President, and Director of FP&A in strategic analysis such as competitive reviews, M&A analysis, and fundraising support
- Support monthly business review process including:
- Tracking and providing insights into key business metrics such as ARR, churn, renewals and expansion
- Providing reporting to cost-center managers about headcount and costs versus forecast
- Updating actuals, providing variance analysis between actuals and plan/forecast, providing insights on current and expected trends and identifying areas of risk and opportunities
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors and Quarterly Reporting for Investors
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking showing progressive growth in responsibilities
- Strong analytical, modeling and conceptual thinking skills are essential; Excel power-user
- Experience working with large data sets
- A self-starter who enthusiastically drives projects
- Ability to build a positive relationship with business leaders
- Excellent communicator, both verbally, in writing and via building decks that tell a story
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting is preferred
- Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations
- Ability to work outside of your comfort zone and embrace the ambiguity of a high-growth startup environment
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
- Not take yourself too seriously and the ability to have fun
