Position Summary

EVgo’s Construction and Engineering Department is seeking an exceptional administrator to expand our processes and procedures for the setup and maintenance of our utility accounts. The successful candidate will initiate and onboard our vendor accounts expertly managing communication with our external utility partners and internal stakeholders. Customer-focused, impeccably organized with great attention to detail you will assure that our utility portfolio accounts are operationally excellent.  Experience with suppliers and vendors or a utility company work experience is an asset in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Records input and data management of utility accounts
• Examine and update field data and utility information for completeness
• Research and document details regarding utility accounts nationwide
• Certify compliance with specific requests for various projects
• Initiate and provide reporting to meet departmental needs
• Records and data management using Sitetracker CRM
• Demonstrated relationship-building capabilities with internal partners and external customers/agencies
• Skilled at improving operational procedures/processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in handling commercial utility accounts
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and other like tools at an intermediate level
• CRM and Operational experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented tasks
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Demonstrated interest in the energy efficiency industry and sustainability a plus
• Utility Accounts work history and experience are a huge asset in this role
