About the Role
GoodRx is looking for a Pricing Operations Manager to deliver high impact within one of the nation’s leading healthcare startups by working closely with network partners and a large cross-functional team. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and ongoing account management of our core network partners, ensuring that GoodRx users can find the lowest and most accurate prices available for their prescriptions while also supporting strategic initiatives and projects. You will also work closely with other teams to support accuracy and operations for related pricing-driven products. We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership role and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with leaders across departments, understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues, and deliver valuable insights that will inform projects and goals for the Pricing Operations team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Become the point person and subject matter expert for our partner operations
• Collaborate with the cross-functional Pricing team and our core network partners to support significant growth and business opportunities
• Manage a small team focused on price accuracy, ensuring we’re receiving as much clean data as possible (and swiftly troubleshooting and resolving issues when we’re not receiving clean data)
• Work with Director of Pricing Operations to prioritize and oversee execution of processes, improvements, and tools to support Pricing team goals
• Identify gaps in communication and create processes to streamline productivity
• Assist in running of weekly meetings across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Coordinate testing and launch plans for cross-functional initiatives related to improving operations

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 5-7 years operational and account management experience with track record of growth and leadership, ideally at an internet company
• Strong business sense and leadership skills - demonstrated ability to work closely and collaboratively across departments
• Analytical and data-driven with great interpersonal skills; able to speak to technical and nontechnical groups with equal fluency
• Proactive and solution-focused with strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Clear and proactive communicator who can keep internal and external stakeholders on the same page
• Low-ego, high intelligence, team-oriented
• Experienced and comfortable analyzing and investigating large data sets to solve problems - proficiency in SQL, Excel, data visualization tools like Looker preferred 
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred
• Relevant experience in pharmacy benefit management or pharmacy a big plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
