We are seeking a Payments Analyst to join our FabFitFun Style team. FabFitFun Style is a fashion concierge service, offered exclusively to FabFitFun members, tailored to fit their unique shape and lifestyle. Launched as a pilot early last year, the Style program has since become a coveted new offering of the FabFitFun membership with significant potential for customer and business impact at scale.

This newly created role will work closely with our Marketing and Customer Service teams and be responsible for preparing new customer accounts, charging customers, and performing post payment analysis to reconcile outliers and be instrumental in assisting the Style team with managing the whole financial life cycle of an order. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for making sense of complexity, a deep understanding of transactional businesses and an incredible work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

• Support our Style marketing and customer service teams to manage the functions of batching, charging and management of post payment analysis
• Work closely with the Style team to develop and update weekly reporting for revenue, returns, and customer behavior
• Own the order management process by processing and keeping track of customer payments and refunds
• Reconcile discrepancies in charging and invoicing as well as returns
• Collaborate with the CS team to mitigate any potential customer issues caused during order processing and charging

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of financial analysis or Accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Experience creating advanced reports in Excel
• Prior experience or knowledge of Recurly or similar eCommerce platform
• Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and switch gears comfortably in a fast­-moving startup environment
• Self-starter who can manage and track the billing, returns, sales lifecycle process from start to finish
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with a subscription or eCommerce business model
• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with BI dashboards (e.g. Chartio)
