System1 is seeking a self-motivated dynamic individual to serve as the Manager, Treasury Operations. In this role you will be responsible for accurately executing cash transactions, including bank transfers and AP payments. This role is a hands-on role dealing with cash transactions daily. You will monitor cash flow and provide timely updates on cash position as well as assist with cash flow forecasts as well as other primary accounting duties.

As part of our accounting team, this position will play a critical role in System1’s operations department. You will be working alongside our exceptional accounting team.

The Role You Will Have:

  • Responsible for accurately executing cash transactions, including bank transfers and AP payments
  • Monitor cash flow and provide timely updates on cash position
  • Assist with cash flow forecastsEnsure timeliness of monthly, quarterly and year-end closes
  • Support interim and annual auditsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure internal controls over cash processes are robust
  • Perform ad hoc requests and special projects on an ongoing basis
  • Proactively identify process improvements to help the company scale in our fast growth environment

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of combined work experience in corporate accounting or treasury operations
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or FinanceCPA or MBA preferred
  • SOX compliance experience 
  • Multi-currency and F/X hedge contract experience a plus
  • Current Oracle ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
