Manager, Indirect Sourcing and Procurement
Company Overview:
Relativity is the first and only company to automate aerospace manufacturing by integrating intelligent robotics, software, and proprietary metal 3D printing technology. Disrupting 60 years of aerospace, Relativity offers a radically simplified supply chain, building a rocket with 100x fewer parts in less than 60 days. Our long-term goal is to upgrade humanity’s industrial base on Earth and on Mars.
Team:
Supply Chain at Relativity Space is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end network of organizations, activities, and resources required to convert materials and hardware into entirely 3D-printed launch vehicles. - Analyze both historical spend data and future spend forecasts to construct an indirect commodity hierarchy that will underpin procurement strategy and operations, quantify near-term spend performance opportunities, and act as input to organizational roadmap.
- Develop immediate- and long-term business process architecture for indirect procure-to-pay operations from contract/purchase request through to payment and contract expiration.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Application Systems to incorporate indirect procurement process architecture into current-state digital solutions (i.e., ERP).
- Conduct ‘Make vs. Buy’ analysis on an indirect sourcing pipeline tool and drive discovery through implementation alongside Supply Chain Leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support the composition of an ‘Indirect Procurement Policy’ in collaboration with Supply Chain Leadership and key stakeholders.
What you need to know:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Engineering, or similar.
- 7+ years of working in an indirect procurement role within a fast-pace manufacturing or technology environment.
- 2+ years of working as a people manager.

- Incredibly strong knowledge of fundamental Strategic Sourcing principles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (i.e., PLM, ERP, P2P, MES) and data analysis applications/tools (i.e., MS Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Nice to haves but not required:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or similar.
- Experience supporting high-growth manufacturing organizations as an indirect procurement leader.
