The Manager, Growth Development (Accounting Partnerships) is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the Growth team at ServiceTitan. S/he will design, drive, manage, and optimize new partnerships with accounting implementation providers that create immense value for our customers. This role will be responsible for building net-new partnerships with accounting partners. ServiceTitan integrates with third-party accounting software, and establishing an ecosystem of accounting partners to support our customers is a key pillar of our growth strategy. This individual has a well-rounded background -- including strategic thinking and program management -- drawing key elements from roles such as management and/or technology consulting, and business development.

As our Manager, Growth Development (Accounting Partnerships), you will:

  • Identify key accounting implementation partnership candidates by customer segment 
  • Develop, negotiate, and close partnerships with external accounting implementation partners and accounting SMEs
  • Manage the rollout of the accounting partnership program, with an eye towards scalability, quality, and clear roles and responsibilities between the parties
  • Work cross-functionally within ServiceTitan to roll out new partnerships, working with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Research and maintain business landscape knowledge of competitors, insights, and trends
  • Serve as a General Manager for a significant partnership rollout 
  • Partner internally and externally to define scope, requirements, and go-to-market strategy to launch a partnership with immense value 
  • Be the advocate for the customer experience in the partnership rollout
  • Work cross-functionally with Support, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure the successful launch for our customers

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5  years of work experience in consulting, or a similar role driving new partnership initiatives
  • Understanding of technology implementation partnerships
  • Ability to source, design, negotiate and implement net-new partnerships
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
  • An ownership mindset: you’ll be building this program from scratch, and the ability to simultaneously set the strategy and sweat the small stuff will be key to your success
