FabFitFun is searching for a ​Treasury Director​ to join our Finance and Accounting team. This individual will report to the ​Controller ​and have the opportunity to work with a team of highly motivated professionals within a fast-paced eCommerce business.

            What You Will Do:

•   Oversee and manage daily cash activity including inventory procurement and overall Company liquidity

•   Maximize return by actively managing investment of cash

•   Forecast inflows and outflows of cash and communicate treasury reporting to senior

  management

•   Craft new domestic and international banking infrastructure to smoothly facilitate evolving

  operational and compliance needs

•   Partner with international subsidiaries to monitor all local treasury activity

•   Monitor and manage foreign currency risk and liabilities, integrating hedge strategies as

  necessary to mitigate risk

•   Develop debt capacity strategies and monitor compliance with applicable regulations,

  liquidity requirements and financial covenants

•   Collaborate across departments to harmonize Company’s cashflow needs with

  operational processes such as purchasing by refining design, policy, procedures,

  documentation and information systems

•   Partner with Data Engineering ​to improve and maintain data integrity required for

  production of relevant, reliable and accurate cashflow reporting

•   Analyze and monitor actual and/or planned changes to the business (e.g. acquisitions),

  providing management with insight on cashflow considerations

•   Assist Controller and other senior finance leadership team members to advance

  organization’s strategic objectives

•   Assist accounting team with IPO readiness initiatives

•   Collaborate with the finance team to build annual budget and further Company’s strategic

  objectives

•   Support annual financial statement and bank compliance audits

•   Support adhoc operational/systems initiatives and research, including identifying

  solutions for deficiencies

  
  What You Will Bring:

• Education & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent field

•   5+ years of public company treasury experience

  Preferred:

•   Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field

•   5+ years of progressive experience in banking or corporate treasury

•   Past participation in IPO readiness

•   Microsoft Excel proficiency

•   Demonstrate an ability to work independently, think critically, and execute well in a fast-paced environment

      ●    Effective and experienced communication and collaboration skills with colleagues in and outside the Accounting and Finance team

          Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•   Experienced working with current developments and trends in the corporate finance, treasury, and banking industries

•   Experience in planning, developing, and managing departmental and capital budgets

•   Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing

•   Strong analytical skills

•   Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency

  Preferred:

•   Public company reporting experience

•   Startup, e-commerce / subscription business experience

•   Experience with NetSuite
