Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

DUTIES: Develop and maintain a three-year financial plan by creating monthly, quarterly, and annual operating budgets, for both the company as a whole as well as our global operating units. Prepare financial summary outlining any potential risks to business strategy and the corresponding recommended action item to address the issue. Support senior management and department heads with in-depth analysis of financial guidance of new business initiatives and corporate development opportunities. Implement high-quality financial modeling and analysis based on budget forecasting and cash management process, and strong capital structure knowledge to move the business forward. Improve client account performance by evaluating current strategies to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, including, product pricing, new product introductions as well as new projects. Partner with the Marketing Team and Product Management Organization to develop a 360-degree view of current and potential competitors focusing on key operational metrics.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Finance Management, Finance, Business or a related field, and two (2) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting Analyst or related.
Experience must include: 1) Experience with SaaS; 2) Experience with utilizing Adaptive Insights, and 3) Experience with advance excel modeling.
RATE OF PAY: $165,000 per year.
