About the role and about You:
Zwift is looking for a contract Senior Project Manager for our upcoming Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and driving a third-party implementation and maintenance of Zwift’s end-to-end Finance and Supply Chain ERP Implementation. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager of Business Systems and the Director of Global Programs, you will be a key leader for Zwift’s future success by helping deliver the underlying tool to drive our business for the next 5+ years.
What you’ll do:
- Perform a traditional Project Management role for the critical implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP for Zwift.
- Work closely with a third-party implementation partner to track and manage issues, risks, schedule, scope, and communications throughout an ~ 9 month implementation.
- Work closely with Zwift Finance and Supply Chain executives, including the C Suite, to ensure communication is thorough, decisions are timely, and the value is realized.
- Be an active participant in all design, development, testing, and roll-out decision making processes.
What we're looking for:
- BS in Finance, Management, Economics or relevant management area.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management of ERP implementation(s), with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain.
- Experience implementing Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in an international implementation.
- Expert in project management tools and processes.
- Experience serving as a project manager in a remote working environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivation to deliver results and seek continuous improvement.
Bonus points:
- Experience with BigCommerce.
- Experience with SmartSheets Project Management tool(s).
