As a Finance Lead, you will join our Finance team that is focused on partnering with senior leaders across North American Client Group. Every day, you will lead and participate in efforts that provide insight and deep financial analysis to our business partners, driving cross-functional business strategy. You will proactively analyze a wide range of business problems and financial trends to guide strategic business decisions and act as a key finance partner for ongoing financial management of North America Client Group functions.  To thrive in this role, you have worked in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking, and you have a proven track record of synthesizing findings to draw conclusions and provide recommendations. You are comfortable sourcing and modeling data to develop complex financial analysis to solve pressing business problems.

  • You can independently build complex financial models leveraging business assumptions, key drivers and financial data, and work well across cross-functional disciplines to implement in a timely fashion.
  • You are a problem solver that frames and executes approaches to address varied business questions.  You have led and/or participated in cross-functional projects and are familiar with project life cycles as well as initiating and maturing dedicated relationships as the ‘go-to’ finance partner.
  • You translate large data sets into clear and concise deliverables to be easily consumed by business partners.
  • You have enlisted the support of others, sourced and built data models and communicated results with senior leaders. You have experience leveraging data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to communicate business results.
  • You have learned how to build strong relationships with leadership and work ahead to proactively identify the answers they would want to know before making a final decision.
  • You enjoy working in a team environment where critical thinking and collaboration are the keys to develop best practices, nourish associate engagement, and protect our inclusive environment.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
