Partners with engineering, design, security, compliance, legal, and business teams to balance usability, privacy, accessibility, resilience, and regulatory needs.

Lead AI transformation initiatives from ambiguous business problems through prototypes and production-ready products. Provides client coverage, develops compensation communications and educational materials, improves processes, monitors compensation trends, and analyzes large datasets using advanced Excel skills and AI-enabled tools.

Owns the development and production of investment and client-facing materials, including pitch books, review materials, attribution reports, and one-pagers. Responsibilities include originating meetings, coordinating conferences, roadshows, site visits, and research trips, maintaining engagement data, managing logistics, building stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with Compliance, Events, Technology, Sales, and global corporate access teams.

The role is largely self-directed, guided by an investment analyst, and includes substantial research, writing, communication, and business travel while building investment-management experience.

Requires expertise in portfolio and fund accounting, performance measurement, risk, attribution, GIPS, statistical portfolio analysis, investment management, and process optimization.

Conduct quantitative and fundamental research to develop and maintain long-term capital markets assumptions across global asset classes and currencies. Build investment models, datasets, simulations, and analytical frameworks; evaluate macroeconomic and market drivers; and recommend assumptions for asset allocation and portfolio construction. Leads cybersecurity strategy and risk posture for the North America Client Group. The role develops risk-aware solutions, implements privacy and data protection controls, and aligns security priorities with organizational objectives while influencing stakeholders across the company.

Manage and optimize Capital Group's global corporate travel program as primary liaison to internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Oversee booking platforms (Concur), vendor performance, travel risk and duty-of-care, data analysis, automation/AI-enabled improvements, training and communications, dashboards/reporting, and continuous process enhancements to improve compliance, traveler experience and cost efficiency.

Leads strategic financial analysis and business partnering for Operating Group Finance. The role evaluates financial trends, models data, analyzes business problems, and provides recommendations to senior leaders. Responsibilities include cross-functional project participation, developing data models, using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights, proactively supporting investment management decisions, and building relationships with leadership.

Supports investment operations by ensuring client and shareholder assets are invested accurately, timely, and in compliance with portfolio guidelines.
