Flowhub is seeking a Field Sales Rep for Payments. While this role is remote, there will be requirements to visit dispensaries on-site in the southern California market.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with the assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads. Develop a robust pipeline of potential customers and convert them into sales to achieve individual revenue targets.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Flowhub’s Payment system, and other software products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively articulate these value propositions to potential clients, demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the cannabis industry, including dispensary owners, managers, and other relevant stakeholders. Cultivate a network of contacts through networking events, industry conferences, and other sales-driven activities. 
  • Take a consultative approach to understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients. Provide tailored recommendations and solutions that align with their business objectives, showcasing Flowhub as a trusted and reliable partner. 
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of Flowhub’s Payments software solutions. 
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. Use a strategic and methodical approach to manage the sales process, including qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics that impact the cannabis industry. Leverage this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and position Flowhub as a thought leader in the space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience of successful field sales experience, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with the cannabis industry, including a solid understanding of dispensary operations, compliance requirements, and the unique challenges faced by cannabis businesses. 
  • A proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment. Must be comfortable working independently and managing time effectively to achieve sales goals. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients. Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working with technology and software solutions. Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $65,000 base salary & $110,000 - $120,000 OTE
