Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to U.S. Space Force leadership and program organizations in El Segundo, California. The Executive Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of senior Government personnel by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and engagements, preparing correspondence and briefing materials, tracking taskers and suspense requirements, and facilitating communication across Government organizations, contractors, and mission partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior Government leadership and program personnel
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, and executive engagements
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, invitations, logistics, attendance, and required materials
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute correspondence, briefings, reports, memoranda, presentations, and other executive-level documents
  • Track workflow taskers, action items, suspense dates, and required responses to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate information and actions across Government organizations, contractors, and mission partners
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, records, correspondence, and administrative documentation
  • Support preparation for senior-level meetings, reviews, briefings, and leadership engagements
  • Monitor incoming requests and correspondence, determine appropriate routing, and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Assist with travel coordination, visit requests, meeting logistics, and other executive support requirements
  • Handle sensitive and classified information with appropriate discretion and in accordance with applicable security procedures
  • Develop and maintain trackers, spreadsheets, contact lists, status reports, and other administrative management tools
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare professional-quality documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Independently prioritize competing requirements, anticipate administrative needs, and resolve routine issues with minimal supervision
  • Perform other administrative and executive support duties as required to support the mission

Qualifications

  • Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • 20+ years of relevant experience providing executive, administrative, or program support to senior government or corporate leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or one year of college with 25+ years of executive administration
  • Experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS) to coordinate and manage official Government travel requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, tracking taskers and suspense requirements, and supporting senior-level engagements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and edit professional correspondence and executive-level materials
  • Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities, anticipate requirements, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and classified information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting classified space programs
