Provide senior-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives: manage calendars, travel, communications, and confidential correspondence; prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and operational dashboards; coordinate and synthesize data for reports; perform research and special projects; enforce policy deviations and support a fast-paced logistics environment using MS Office, Visio, and project management tools.
Summary/Objective:
Our company is looking for a highly organized and professional Sr Executive Assistant to act as the “right arm” to the CEO of a fast-paced logistics environment. This person will work directly for the CEO but will also assist other executives in the company. This person must be polished and have the ability to work independently.They also need to be detail oriented, be able to manage and meet deadlines, and have excellent verbal and written skills.

• This individual will handle scheduling and calendar management for company
• Assist in presentations and communications with in-house employees and customers
• They will coordinate data from a variety of sources for inclusion in operational reports and presentations; perform independent research and prepare information for special projects as assigned.
• This individual will also be involved with interpreting and relaying company policy information informing the Executives of any deviation on items requiring personal attention.
• This individual will draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, transcribe minutes of meetings and perform other admin duties such as travel arrangements for the President.
• **Must enjoy a busy environment with changing priorities***
• Strong MS office skills, which include Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Visio are necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience; experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or a fast-paced operational environment strongly preferred.
• Proven track record supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a rapidly growing or operationally complex company.
• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and dashboards.
