Leads end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects within a 3PL network. Develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages logistics system integrations, oversees testing and go-live, resolves risks, delivers training, monitors KPIs, and communicates progress to clients, stakeholders, and leadership. Drives process improvements and standardizes implementation best practices.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the President and other executives, including calendar management, presentations, communications, reports, research, policy coordination, confidential correspondence, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, and special projects. Requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Administer and maintain network and systems infrastructure across multiple warehouse facilities. Manage firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Windows servers, Active Directory, IP addressing, VLANs, security controls, monitoring, backups, and documentation. Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 connectivity issues, support warehouse applications and physical security systems, participate in infrastructure rollouts and facility expansions, and provide on-call incident response. Travel between facilities and perform after-hours maintenance as needed.

Supervises daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, inventory, transloading, loading, and shipping. Assigns work, manages schedules, coordinates carriers and staffing agencies, monitors performance, leads safety meetings, maintains inventory integrity, and ensures safe equipment use and facility operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED and three years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience.

Manages large-scale, multifunctional logistics and corporate projects from scoping through completion. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating teams and stakeholders, tracking timelines and budgets, managing vendors, mitigating risks, supporting facility launches and customer onboarding, and reporting progress. The role requires logistics or 3PL experience, project leadership, change management, resource coordination, and travel for implementation and startup support.

Supports import and warehouse operations by processing customer orders and receipts, entering data into warehouse management systems, tracking inventory and shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, preparing shipping and billing documents, maintaining account records, and completing reports, spreadsheets, and charge-code entries.

Leads sales and revenue growth in the logistics sector by developing new business, managing customer relationships, creating tailored transportation and warehousing solutions, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies. Analyzes markets and competitors, maintains CRM records, forecasts sales, collaborates with operations and pricing teams, resolves customer issues, ensures compliance, and represents the company at industry events.
