Provide senior-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives: manage calendars, travel, communications, and confidential correspondence; prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and operational dashboards; coordinate and synthesize data for reports; perform research and special projects; enforce policy deviations and support a fast-paced logistics environment using MS Office, Visio, and project management tools.

Provide HR leadership across multiple facilities managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, training, compliance, and HR analytics. Lead HR process development, supervise HR staff, partner with management and vendors, drive efficiency, and support employee engagement and safety programs. Travel up to 10%.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and material handling activities, enforce safety and maintenance standards, manage schedules and labor, train and assist staff, support continuous improvement (Kaizen), and maintain warehouse security and housekeeping.

Lead FP&A function, manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Build financial models, drive cost and EBITDA improvements, implement Power BI reporting, support operations with data analysis and automated solutions, and present insights to senior management.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel handling materials via conveyors and industrial trucks; enforce production, quality, safety, sanitation, and scheduling standards; ensure forklift inspections and equipment maintenance; train and assign staff, recommend Kaizen improvements, support security, and perform hands-on tasks as needed.

Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects across Operations and Corporate teams. Create and standardize project plans, manage budgets, vendors, travel to sites for start-ups, drive change and risk mitigation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating stakeholders and building project teams.

Provide first-level customer service for internal/external customers, process and track orders in WMS, communicate order status, prepare shipping and billing documents, maintain account data integrity, and support daily warehouse operations and reporting.
