EverCommerce is looking for a Director of FP&A to join our growing Finance team.  Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will be responsible for managing the finance operations for a portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of annual budgeting and planning processes for assigned solutions, including monthly rolling forecast updates and other long-term strategic planning
  • Ownership and management of month-end financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Lead monthly / quarterly financial reviews with key leadership within the portfolio, including EVCM executive team
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners and cross-functional teams throughout the Company.
  • Maintain and/or develop sophisticated financial models that allow for scenario planning and real time updates
  • Help drive collection and maturation of operational metrics and KPIs in conjunction with the business analytics team
  • Operational support, including various projects and ad hoc analysis, including contract process cleanup, new product/investment models, resource planning, vendor management, etc.
  • Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports, and provide mentorship and best practice sharing across the broader FP&A team
  • Support EverCommerce M&A activities though operational integrations, as applicable
  • Support EverCommerce accounting operations as needed including billing process migration support, controls implementation, and audit requests

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in progressive FP&A or corporate finance roles, most of which at a large public company
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modeling experience along with a solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to improve and provide insights, prioritize, and respond quickly within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience supporting/partnering with product and revenue leaders and working cross-functionally in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience with ERP and billing systems; revenue management and CRM systems a positive (NetSuite, OneStream, and Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with executive leadership
  • Excellent leadership skills including the ability to build teams, motivate, guide, and mentor
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives
  • SaaS experience a strong positive

Where: Hybrid, Denver/Remote, Colorado

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can either be hybrid, Denver or remote, Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 USD + variable bonus per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
