We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our corporate services team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Develop event timelines, checklists, and production schedules.
- Coordinate catering services, including menu planning, dietary accommodations, and delivery logistics.
- Work with venue and third-party security teams to ensure safety protocols are in place and followed.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to align event goals with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including speakers, sponsors, and partners.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reconciliation.
- Collect post-event feedback and analyze ROI metrics to improve future events.
- Serve as the on-site event host, welcoming guests, introducing speakers, and making clear announcements for session start and end times, breaks, and transitions.
- Serve as a point-of-contact during event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Troubleshoot problems on the fly to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience coordinating corporate or consumer events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Hopin) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events require.
