We’re hiring a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator to lead in-person campaigns that inspire action, mobilize donors, and bring people together for meaningful impact.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute live fundraising and outreach events—including tabling activations, awareness campaigns, and donor drives

  • Represent nonprofit partners at public events with passion, professionalism, and purpose

  • Facilitate one-on-one public engagement and donor conversations to increase awareness and support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, boost attendance, and meet campaign goals

  • Create and manage event materials: signage, talking points, flyers, donation forms, and other outreach tools

  • Track and report key event data: donations raised, community sign-ups, engagement metrics, and feedback

  • Support broader grassroots campaign strategies in collaboration with community organizers and partners

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a confident, compassionate connector

  • Organized and detail-oriented with experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines

  • Comfortable working in live, face-to-face public settings

  • A deep commitment to equity, justice, and community engagement

  • Experience in nonprofit events, fundraising, or community outreach is a plus

  • Bilingual/multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
