Come join Glen Oaks Escrow – Pasadena, CA branch where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.
We’re seeking someone with the drive and potential to grow—an individual looking for a long-term career and eager to learn, contribute, and advance within our organization.

What You’ll Do: 
o    Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up 
o    Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow  
o    Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings 
o    Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

o    Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies  
o    High school diploma or equivalent 

Pay Range: $22.16 - $29.56 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
