This role will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and be directly partnered with the VP, Global Solutions Sales. This role is responsible for organizing and driving the execution of Global Solutions Sales initiatives, working across departments to ensure everything from product roadmap launches to marketing enablement happens on time and on point.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Manage and track sales-related initiatives and workstreams, ensuring accountability and timely execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services.
- Sales Enablement Support: Assist in rolling out playbooks, tools, and key programs for a team of 9 enterprise reps in the US and EU.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as the go-to connector across internal stakeholders, removing friction and helping teams stay focused on shared goals.
- Operations Support: Maintain and optimize Asana and Salesforce to support task management, project tracking, and initiative updates.
- Execution Follow-Up: Keep meetings productive by capturing decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales operations, project management, or program coordination role.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools like Asana (or similar).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to driving projects forward.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and a natural bias for action.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow, learn, and have an impact.
