Our commitment to delivery in complex environments and long-term customer success has merged process and technology into innovative solutions, established deep pockets of expertise, and enabled innovative transformation for evolving businesses.

We have intentionally cultivated steady growth focused on being approachable and helpful to our dearly valued clients and closely cared-for employees. M&S people simply “care hard”, and this reflects in our work products, our interactions, and our culture.

  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • During the build phase, provide functional oversight and support until User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs for OIM/SCM are met effectively.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM/SCM implementations.
  • Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience as a Functional Architect or Business Analyst in Certinia OIM/Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Proven expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex OIM/SCM business needs into structured requirements.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to UAT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM)/Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale ERP, OIM/SCM implementations.  Additional PSA (Professional Services Automation) experience is a plus.

If you are a strategic thinker with deep OIM/SCM expertise and a passion for driving business value through structured requirements gathering, we invite you to apply for this key role in our project team.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
