Hilbert is a data science-first growth infrastructure that tells B2C teams what their customers are about to do, what is actually moving revenue, and which action to take next. Agentic by design, Hilbert compresses decisions that used to take months into minutes.
We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, category-defining consumer brands, and AI-native companies redefining how software gets built. Hilbert is Series A, backed by a16z.
The OpportunityWe're hiring Enterprise Account Executives to build Hilbert's presence across the largest consumer markets in the U.S.
This is a build-the-market role, not an inherit-the-market role. You'll identify where Hilbert should win, open the right doors, create pipeline, run complex enterprise sales cycles, and close strategic partnerships.
You'll start as a highly hands-on IC with the opportunity to grow your scope as you prove the market and build what works.
Locations: New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles

You know the consumer enterprise landscape and have relationships that can open doors. You've sold across multiple verticals such as retail, grocery, QSR, CPG, fashion, beauty, hospitality, marketplaces, or consumer services.
Your network spans senior leaders across growth, marketing, digital, data, analytics, product, and technology.
Technical Enterprise SalesYou've sold complex enterprise technology, data, AI, analytics, or infrastructure products.
You can navigate both business and technical conversations, understand complex customer environments, and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
Large, Complex Deals
You've personally originated, led, and closed $800K–$1M+ enterprise deals.
You know how to navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles involving executive sponsors, technical teams, procurement, security, and legal — and how to keep momentum when a deal gets complicated.
Growth + Analytics FluencyYou understand how consumer businesses grow and the metrics behind it — customer behavior, segmentation, retention, LTV, conversion, experimentation, personalization, incrementality, and revenue drivers.
You can connect a customer's data and growth challenges to a measurable business case.
High OwnershipYou don't wait for perfect conditions or a finished playbook.
You'll create pipeline, open doors, run deals, and find a way forward when the obvious path doesn't work. You move quickly, take initiative, make decisions, and own outcomes.
Start as a hands-on IC, prove the market, and grow your scope from there.
