Build Hilbert’s enterprise presence across major U.S. consumer markets by identifying target accounts, generating pipeline, opening executive relationships, and managing complex sales cycles through close. The role requires translating AI, data, and analytics capabilities into measurable growth outcomes, navigating technical and business stakeholders, developing strategic business cases, and turning early wins into repeatable sales motions. This is a hands-on market-building role with potential for expanded leadership scope.

About Hilbert

Hilbert is a data science-first growth infrastructure that tells B2C teams what their customers are about to do, what is actually moving revenue, and which action to take next. Agentic by design, Hilbert compresses decisions that used to take months into minutes.

We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, category-defining consumer brands, and AI-native companies redefining how software gets built. Hilbert is Series A, backed by a16z.

The Opportunity

We're hiring Enterprise Account Executives to build Hilbert's presence across the largest consumer markets in the U.S.

This is a build-the-market role, not an inherit-the-market role. You'll identify where Hilbert should win, open the right doors, create pipeline, run complex enterprise sales cycles, and close strategic partnerships.

You'll start as a highly hands-on IC with the opportunity to grow your scope as you prove the market and build what works.

Locations: New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles

What You'll Own
  • Build enterprise pipeline from zero and own your market end to end

  • Identify the accounts, verticals, and use cases where Hilbert should win

  • Open doors and build relationships with senior executives across large consumer enterprises

  • Generate pipeline through your network, targeted outbound, referrals, events, partnerships, and creative prospecting

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement

  • Navigate growth, marketing, data, analytics, product, engineering, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders

  • Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear growth and revenue outcomes

  • Build business cases for large, strategic enterprise partnerships

  • Bring customer and market intelligence back into our product and GTM strategy

  • Turn early wins into repeatable sales motions

What We're Looking For

Vertical Expertise + Connections

You know the consumer enterprise landscape and have relationships that can open doors. You've sold across multiple verticals such as retail, grocery, QSR, CPG, fashion, beauty, hospitality, marketplaces, or consumer services.

Your network spans senior leaders across growth, marketing, digital, data, analytics, product, and technology.

Technical Enterprise Sales

You've sold complex enterprise technology, data, AI, analytics, or infrastructure products.

You can navigate both business and technical conversations, understand complex customer environments, and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.

Large, Complex Deals

You've personally originated, led, and closed $800K–$1M+ enterprise deals.

You know how to navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles involving executive sponsors, technical teams, procurement, security, and legal — and how to keep momentum when a deal gets complicated.

Growth + Analytics Fluency

You understand how consumer businesses grow and the metrics behind it — customer behavior, segmentation, retention, LTV, conversion, experimentation, personalization, incrementality, and revenue drivers.

You can connect a customer's data and growth challenges to a measurable business case.

High Ownership

You don't wait for perfect conditions or a finished playbook.

You'll create pipeline, open doors, run deals, and find a way forward when the obvious path doesn't work. You move quickly, take initiative, make decisions, and own outcomes.

Start as a hands-on IC, prove the market, and grow your scope from there.

You'll Stand Out If You Have
  • Built a territory or market from the ground up

  • Strong relationships across multiple consumer verticals

  • Deep experience selling sophisticated data, AI, analytics, or technical products

  • Strong understanding of growth analytics and consumer businesses

  • Consistently generated pipeline without relying heavily on inbound or SDR support

  • Closed multiple seven-figure strategic enterprise partnerships

  • Experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment

Why Hilbert

You'll join while our enterprise GTM motion is still being built.

You'll have the ownership to shape which markets we enter, which customers we pursue, how we sell, and what the sales organization becomes.

Build the business first. Build the organization from what works.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
