What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Specialist for a three (3) to four (4) month temporary leave coverage assignment. This position supports the Direct to Consumer team by taking responsibility for the daily operations involved in maintaining the Munchkin brand ecommerce site (munchkin.com). This role will also assist in the execution of the merchandising strategy for Munchkin.com and work cross-functionally with other teams to initiate and provide support on projects that impact our rapidly growing DTC business. 

  • Maintain and update products on munchkin.com, ensuring that products are correctly merchandised consistent with brand standards, customer input, market trends and business strategy
  • Process and upload website assets (creative, copy, product imagery, pricing, promotions, etc.) to munchkin.com and complete QA process before pushing to live website
  • Monitor munchkin.com inventory to maintain stock availability and take responsibility for inventory management processes
  • Plan brand-building, category-optimized site content for new and existing products or campaigns, aligning with cross-functional partners. Provide business inputs and context to creative teams for execution
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand Design, Planning and Operations teams to approve content to go live on the website, performing quality assurance tasks and troubleshooting where applicable
  • Support the continual maintenance and updating of website design, navigation, product pages, category pages, internal search, cross-sell, and more
  • Work with the Customer Satisfaction Team in monitoring reviews and addressing inquiries related to orders and products
  • Provide administrative support for the E-Commerce team as needed
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with cross-functional partners to recap business results and make recommendations to optimize site experience based on site metrics and industry best practices
  • Other duties may be assigned

Bring It! 

  • BA or BS degree
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, project management tool experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience utilizing analytics tools to make data driven decisions is a plus
  • Experience with Shopify Hydrogen, WordPress, Figma, or Photoshop is beneficial
  • Team-oriented with ability to productively interact with team members and partners across functions and levels and provide open and clear communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Positive and proactive; eager to grow, learn and own results

Hourly Rate: $35.00 

This is a temporary assignment offering an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour. The position is designated as a maternity leave coverage role and is expected to last approximately three to four months. You will be legally employed through a staffing agency as the employer of record. Although this is a temporary coverage role, successful completion of the assignment will put you in excellent standing for future long-term placement opportunities
