Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the position:

To execute high quality styling and photography, optimize team’s productivity and proper uploads for Revolve and Forward; site and mobile.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

  • Possess a clear understanding of current e-commerce and fashion trends and and apply knowledge to catalog shoots to keep Revolve’s online presence competitive 
  • Direct women’s and men’s catalog photo shoots, coach and get the most of our models, manage product flow, and maintain upbeat energy in the studios 
  • Maintain photo shoot flow with the Revolve aesthetic, while also attaining high-volume productivity goals
  • Uphold confident presence in Photo Studio and remain in constant collaboration with studio team - stylist, photographer, HM&U artist, and model - on all visual aspects of shoot, including clothing fit + style, image lighting + color, hair + makeup, and posing.
  • Ensure product and model are representing the Revolve and FWRD customer 
  • Seek new and better ways to achieve our productivity and daily goals
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and proficiency in all e-commerce operations and processes
  • Assist in the production and styling of product flat lays

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner and strong problem solving skills 
  • Ability to take direction from management and translate it into the photo studio
  • Ability to work in the intensity of a high production studio and capable of upholding the highest quality standards for individual output and focused visual aesthetics
  • A superb eye for attention to detail, style, and visual composition
  • Experience with on-set standards and demands
  • Knowledge of apparel on-body styling techniques across the industry and in various fashion categories
  • Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

  • 1-3 years experience in e-commerce and/or photo studio environment 
  • Experience in working with Stylists, Photographers, and Hair and Makeup Artists
  • roficient in Mac and PC computer systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite 
  • Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive
  • Physically able to lift over 25 lbs

Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Photography, or other Visual
  • Communications Arts or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce and luxury brands
  • Complete creative understanding of the Revolve and Forward customer
  • Project management experience a plus

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $20/hr to $22/hr.
