As our direct-to-consumer business continues to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our e-commerce fulfillment operations and ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery.
 

The E-commerce Operations Supervisor will lead daily e-commerce warehouse operations, overseeing online order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping processes, and warehouse staff productivity. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented leader with strong Shopify experience who can effectively manage a team of up to 8 employees while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where meeting shipping deadlines is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of up to 8 warehouse associates responsible for e-commerce fulfillment operations
  • Manage daily order fulfillment activities, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
  • Oversee Shopify order management, including order processing, fulfillment status updates, and issue resolution
  • Monitor workflow and staffing levels to ensure daily shipping goals and service levels are met
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and fulfillment partners
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members on operational procedures, productivity standards, and safety practices.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping platforms, and reporting tools to track performance and identify process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, E-Commerce, and Operations teams to resolve order, inventory, and shipping issues.
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company safety standards.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and team productivity.

Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • 1-2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution leadership experience.
    • Previous experience supervising warehouse teams.
    • Strong experience with Shopify and e-commerce order fulfillment.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in warehouse systems, shipping software, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work within a warehouse environment.

Preferred but can Train:

• Experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations.

• Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other shipping platforms.

• Experience managing inventory across multiple sales channels and marketplaces.
