We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Associate to support and optimize our day-to-day online store operations.
This role is critical to ensuring our e-commerce ecosystem runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. You will manage backend operations, support product launches, maintain site accuracy, and help create a seamless customer journey from click to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams to ensure our digital storefronts are operationally sound, conversion-optimized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across the website and marketplaces

- Troubleshoot site issues and escalate as needed

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
- Strong familiarity with Shopify
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fashion or DTC brands preferred
- Tracking and managing stock for multiple brands across various sales channels
